These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes provided by East View Roofing Ltd, 160 West View Road, Hartlepool. Any work we carry out will also be subject to the details set out in your written quote.

Inspections and quotations are free and carry no obligation. Prices on this website (repairs from £150, flat roofs from £1,000, new pitched roofs from £5,000, emergency call-out £250) are starting prices only, and the minimum charge on any job is £150. Your written quote sets out the actual price for your job after inspection.

Some problems, such as rotten timbers under tiles or felt, can only be seen once work starts. If we find something that changes the job, we'll explain it and agree any extra cost with you before carrying on.

New pitched roofs carry a 20-year guarantee, new flat roofs a 10-year guarantee, and fascias, soffits and guttering a 5-year guarantee. Repairs, repointing, leadwork and dry ridge work are not guaranteed. Guarantees cover our workmanship and do not cover damage from extreme weather, accidents, alterations by others or lack of reasonable maintenance.

Roofing depends on the weather. We may need to rearrange work for safety or quality reasons, and we'll keep you informed. Please make sure we have safe access to the property.

A 50% booking fee is payable to secure your job, with the remaining balance due on completion of the works. The minimum charge on any job is £150.
