"Luke and his team came along to inspect my roof as the fascia boards were rotting. They installed new fascia timber boards, UPVC fascia boards and guttering as well as a new roof line including 1 metre of felt and eaves support trays as the first metre of felt had started to perish. New pitched roofs carry a 20-year guarantee, new flat roofs a 10-year guarantee, and fascias, soffits and guttering a 5-year guarantee.
How much does a roof repair cost?
Roof repairs start from £150. New flat roofs start from £1,000 and new pitched roofs from £5,000. Every job is quoted properly after an inspection.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum charge on any job is £150.
How does payment work?
A 50% booking fee secures your job, and the remaining balance is due on completion of the works.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes. Emergency call-outs are available, with a call-out fee of £250.
Which flat roof systems do you fit?
We fit both traditional felt roofing systems and EPDM rubber roofing systems, and will advise which suits your roof.
